Mode phone

I purchased a mode phone I love it like it. But the screen full off. I sent in a video and picture of. And I was told they could not replace it. So I bought a extend warranty for nothing. But I love the points. Then my earn coins magic or no longer any good it says and now I no earn coins in my wallet. Thanks a lot
