not always using facebook

I would like an option to “claim” freebies that didn't require facebook most times. I can't access facebook or reach them to fix it, so I am missing out on free stuff or other offers.

  Can you clarify which freebies you are having issues claiming from us that require Facebook? The majority of our giveaways are done through email, not Facebook, to allow everyone to participate!

  Yes, it's usually the freebies that require you to go to facebook, follow, like and comment on their posts, like free perfume or sometimes materialistic offers, like a shaving kit but as I usually delete these emails I can't be more specific than that next time i will post here when it arises.
