I never go my phone!

I never received my phone and you charge me $19.96 each month for something…I have no idea what that charge is for.

  We would be happy to investigate this issue further for you - the $19.96 monthly charge is for our Mode Earn Club MAX membership, which would make you eligible for a free phone after 30 days of being a member.

  If you have not received any information about claiming your phone, we need to check your membership status, so we have escalated your request to our support team through our secure ticket system. Please check your email for a message from us on ticket number 1815079!

  I did get the email telling me how to get my phone.  I followed the instructions and still never got the phone.  I don't want to be part of your Club Max so please refund the 5 monthly charges since I never got the phone and do not charge me again.
