Question about the charge screen

When did it get changed as to where we can only earn a total of 28 points per charge session? 

I have noticed that it is this way on my tablet and both of my phones. I just want to make sure that this was intentional and not a bug on my end.

  As one of our passive earning options, the amount of points you can earn from the charge screen feature can vary from time to time, especially taking into account any changes in advertising partners, so fluctuation is normal!

  Sometimes we do need to make adjustments to these more passive earning methods to keep our business healthy and make sure we can continue paying you.
