If you are missing points or having tracking issues with any games or offers in our app, there are a number of possible reasons, such as:
- being flagged by the game partner for suspicious activity
- not being a first time user of the game
- using VPNs, emulators or any other similar devices
- unstable internet connection
The specific Playtime offerwall within our app is run separately by that partner, which is why we suggest reaching out to them directly through the support button as they have more visibility to troubleshoot possible issues.
