Welcome to the Mode Earn Club (MEC), the premium membership designed to supercharge your earnings and unlock the full potential of the Mode Earn App. This guide will walk you through everything you need to know, from joining the club to claiming every last benefit.

Section 1: How to Join the Mode Earn Club

There are two main ways to become a member. For new users, we highly recommend Method A.

Method A: The Kickstarter Trial (For New Users)

This is the fastest way to experience the Club for free.

1. Start the Kickstarter Missions: When you first open the app, find the Kickstarter Missions banner on the home screen.
2. Complete Your Tasks: You have 24 hours to complete a short list of simple tasks.
3. Redeem Your First Reward: Once the missions are done, you'll be able to redeem your first $0.50 reward.
4. Enjoy Your Free Trial: Redeeming this reward automatically activates a FREE 7-day trial of the Mode Earn Club.

Method B: Direct Subscription

You can subscribe directly at any time.

1. Find a Plan: Tap on any of the "Mode Earn Club" banners you see inside the app.
2. Choose Your Tier: Select the plan that works best for you. Remember, quarterly and yearly plans offer bigger savings and better earning boosts.
   • Monthly: $5/month
   • Quarterly: $13/quarter (15% savings)
   • Yearly: $39/year (35% savings)
3. Complete Payment: You can pay with any valid credit, debit, or prepaid card. In the US, you can also use your earned points to pay for your first month.
   • Note: A valid payment method is still required for auto-renewal, even if you pay for the first month with points.

Section 2: How to Use Your Club Benefits

Once you're a member, here is how to use your new perks.

How to Use the Earning Boost (1.5x - 2x) This benefit is automatic. As soon as your membership is active, you will earn more points on eligible activities like Games, Music, News, Surveys, and Offers.

• To check it: Tap your point balance in the app's header to view your Transaction History. You'll see the standard points and your "Earn Club Bonus" listed for each activity.

How to Claim Your Monthly Mystery Boxes This benefit is also automatic. Depending on your plan, 100, 500, or 1,000 boxes will be added to your account at the end of each paid month.

1. You will receive a push notification when your boxes arrive.
2. Go to the Redeem tab in the app.
3. Tap the $EARN'M banner to view and "reveal" your boxes for a crypto reward.

How to Claim Your $40 in Mode Mobile Stock This benefit gives you a stake in the company's future.

1. Wait for the Invitation: You are eligible to claim your shares when our next Reg A stock offering is live. You will receive an email invitation from dealmaker.tech.
2. Action: Add info@dealmaker.tech and dan@mail.modemobile.com to your email contacts now to ensure you don't miss the communication.
3. Complete the Process: When the email arrives, click the link to fill out a questionnaire and sign the required agreement to secure your shares.

How to Use VIP Customer Support As a member, your support requests are automatically prioritized. Simply contact our support team via the in-app chatbot in the Help Center, and your inquiry will be moved to the front of the line.

Section 3: How to Use U.S.-Only Benefits

If you are a member in the United States, you have access to these extra rewards.

How to Claim Your $5 Cashback

1. You must be an active, paid member for at least 45 days.
2. After 45 days, you will receive an email and/or push notification that your reward is ready.
3. Go to the Redeem tab.
4. Find the "$5 Cashback" item and redeem it for 0 points.

How to Claim Your Free SIM Kit

1. This benefit becomes available in your second paid month of membership.
2. You will receive an email with a unique link to purchase the SIM kit from our partner, TextNow, for $5.
3. After your purchase, a second email will be sent with a reimbursement form.
4. Fill out the form, and Mode will reimburse you for the $5 cost.

Section 4: How to Manage Your Subscription

How to Cancel

1. Go to Settings in the Mode Earn App.
2. Tap on the Mode Earn Club Account section.
3. Follow the instructions to cancel. Your benefits will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

How to Get a Refund (30-Day Money-Back Guarantee) Our money-back guarantee is available exclusively for new members who purchase a Quarterly or Yearly plan directly in the app.

1. Go to your Profile page and tap the Mode Earn Club banner.
2. If you are eligible, you will see a "Money-Back-Guarantee" button.
3. Tap the button and follow the automated chatbot process to receive your refund.
   • Note: Monthly subscriptions and subscriptions paid with points are non-refundable.
