Changes to earning opportunities
Hi. I, too, am a fan of this application and its earning opportunities. What disturbs me the most is following a routine for days, weeks, months, and so on, and then suddenly a feature is no longer there without any warning or explanation. As an earn club member, I really enjoy accumulating the points and cashing in for the rewards. Recently, the daily 500 emails that I would receive to earn between 1 and 5 points each suddenly stopped on my account without any warning or explanation. Boo! Is it too much to ask for a game plan in advance of the changes? Is there a specific page on the site which describes all of the earning opportunities?

I have also noticed the emails are very inconsistent. Sometimes they come at the same time each day. Other times, it will be much later and even some cases ill get them the next day after the 24 hour mark and can no longer redeem them.

We can see how a feature going away without any explanation would be frustrating, and thank you for bringing this to our attention. This feedback has been sent over to our Product team to improve communication when it comes to changes within the app, and this Community will also be a place to find updates relating to our app from this point on!
As for your emails, we have periodic breaks in marketing email campaigns, but if you have not received any emails from us for a while, you may have accidentally unsubscribed from one of these campaigns, and we recommend reaching out to our Support Team through the little chat icon on the right of your screen so your subscription status can be checked and resolved if needed.
