If you're not seeing your full Mode Earn Club perks, here’s why it might be happening:
Points boost + VIP support = available in your first paid month
Mystery boxes, free shares, SIM kit access = unlock in month 2 and onward. This is designed to prevent abuse and ensure that real, ongoing members benefit most.
Make sure your app is updated to version 1.282.0 or later, and that you’ve selected the right membership in the app or on the web.

I was never told that wouldn't be receiving free shares and mystery boxes before I signed up for most expensive plans. When I reached out to customer service they weren't sympathetic to my plea at all?
