Facial verification is needed to make sure you're a real person when you want to use your points. If it doesn't work for some reason, you'll have to confirm who you are in a different way. Here's how you can do it:
When you ask for manual verification, we'll send you an email asking for a short video of yourself from your phone.
Here's what to keep in mind for your video:
- Length: The video should be no longer than 5 seconds. We can't accept videos that are longer.
- Lighting and Clarity: Make sure the video is well-lit from the front so we can see your face clearly. Don't wear glasses or anything that covers your face.
- Show Your ID: Hold your ID next to your face in the video. If it's your passport, just the page with your photo and name is needed. For any other ID, show both the front and back sides. The video must be clear and not blurry.
- File Size: The video file size should be under 25 MB.
Don't worry about your privacy. Your video is safe with us. We will never share or sell your personal info. Once we're done verifying, we'll delete your video.
After you send us the video, our support team will look at it and respond within 5 business days.
