With the Browse feature in our app, you earn points every minute you use it. To see how you're doing, just look at the round indicator at the bottom right of the web browser.
This indicator shows a countdown for each minute. After the minute is up, it will tell you how many points you got in that minute, the total points you've earned for the day, and what your daily limit is.
You can earn up to 250 points each day using Browse. Once you reach that limit, you can keep using Browse, but you won't earn any more points for the day. It's a great way to earn points just by browsing!
If you're not earning points with the Browse feature, there could be three reasons:
Daily Point Limit Reached: You might have hit the daily limit of 250 points. If this happens, we'll let you know. You can then choose to keep browsing without earning more points or switch to a different activity in Mode that rewards you.
Weak Internet Connection: If your internet connection isn’t strong enough, you'll see a notification at the bottom of the page. Also, the earning indicator will stop counting towards the next minute. Instead, you'll see a gray and white icon that looks like a broken Wi-Fi signal.
Captcha Challenge Failed: We use Captcha challenges to make sure real people, not robots, are using our features. If you get a Captcha challenge, read the question carefully and answer it correctly. If you don’t get it right the first time, it’ll keep asking until you do.
These checks help us ensure everyone using Browse is a real person and that everyone earns their points fairly.
