If you've finished an offer and it's marked as “Completed” in the “In Progress” section, but you haven't seen your points in “Your Entries” or your Earning History even after waiting for 24 hours, it’s time to get in touch with our partner who runs the Offer Wall of Sweepstakes. To contact them, go to the Sweepstakes feature and click on “Get Entries And Points.” Then, click on the three dots in the upper left corner. This opens a drop-down menu where you should select “Contact Us.” You’ll find more instructions on how to reach out to them there. They're there to help with any issues you might have with your Sweepstakes offers.
