We update our app, rewards, and even the points required to redeem an item from the Mode Earn App on a regular basis. These upgrades can sometimes cause a goal to be automatically reset.
You can rest assured, that your earned points are still available on the application. All you have to do is simply set the goal for the desired product again to keep track of your progress
Additionally, as seen in the screenshot, you may verify and see the points by clicking on the number of points in the Earning Bar.
