Our app is designed to use as little data and battery as possible. But here's a tip: When you're not using your phone, it's a good idea to turn off your "Mobile Data" or "Wi-Fi." This is because other apps on your phone might use data and battery too. To save even more, close any apps you don't need that are running in the background.
If you're still having issues with your phone's battery or data usage, please let our customer support know. You can reach them through the chatbot in the Mode Earn App. Tell them about your device, what Android version it's running, the version of the Mode Earn App you have, and what you were doing on the phone when the issue happened.
To find out what version of the Mode Earn App you have, go to the settings (look for the Gear icon) in the app. Scroll all the way down, and you'll see the App version there.
