One of the requirements for earning recovery points is that it should be completed within one hour of the request, and if you believe it was accomplished within one hour, you should be able to verify this in your earning history. You should be able to see the Earned History on the Total Accumulated Points tab, which is situated in the upper region of the Mode Earn App.
