It's possible that a bug was to blame. To report the bug, please follow the steps outlined below.
"Reporting a bug in the Mode Earn App is extremely straightforward; here's how:
1) First and foremost, open the Mode Earn App on your phone. - Then, in the top right corner of the app, tap the Library Icon.
2) Then, in the upper right corner, click the Settings (gear) symbol once more.
3) On the settings screen, go down to the Support area and select Report a Bug.
4) On the next screen, select the Charge Screen option.
5) Fill in the thorough description of the issue on the next screen after selecting the issue.
6) You can also record your screen, take a screenshot, and/or select a file from your phone's gallery while reporting the problem to assist us in investigating and resolving the issue. "And that's it! You're done!"
