Games and Offers are two types of opportunities to earn points in the Mode Earn App — but they work a little differently:
Games: Involve downloading and playing mobile games to reach specific milestones.
Offers: Usually involve actions like signing up for services, making a purchase, or trying out a new app that’s not a game.
👉 Depending on your version of the app, you may see either:
Two separate tabs labeled “Games” and “Offers,” or
A single “Games” tab that includes both. If you only see one, you can still filter between Games and Offers in the list.
Monitoring Your Games & Offers
Where you started the deal determines how you can track it:
PlayTime Games/Offers
You’ll only see progress by clicking on the same banner again and checking directly with that partner.Other Games/Offers:
These appear in your My Activity tab, while still being visible on the Discover page.
Once you complete the required steps, Mode receives a notification from the partner. Your offer or game will then show one of several statuses:
Check Notifications: You’ll get an email or push notification when the status updates.
Check My Activity:
Open the Mode Earn App.
Go to Offers or Games, or click on a card from the Home screen.
Tap My Activity to view your current progress.
Understanding Statuses
In Progress: You’ve started the offer/game but not yet finished. (This excludes PlayTime).
Pending: You’ve completed all steps. Verification can take from a few hours up to 30 days before points are credited.
Expired: You started but didn’t finish in the required time. You’ll only see rewards for the steps you completed.
Completed: You finished all steps and already received your full reward. 🎉
Troubleshooting
Not seeing your Offer or Game in My Activity?
Check for a “Load More” button — some deals may be hidden.
Scroll all the way down, as statuses are grouped (In Progress, Pending, Expired, Completed).
Can’t click on an Offer or Game in My Activity?
If you can’t open the detail page, it means you started that deal more than 42 days ago. After this time, Mode no longer has access to detailed information.
Be sure to raise any issues before 42 days have passed.
