Troubleshooting Common Mode Earn Phone Issues

 1. Phone Is Slow, Freezes, or Apps Crash

Solution:

• Performance Tip: The phone's performance can be affected by the number of applications running in the background. To improve speed:
  1. Tap the square icon at the bottom right of the home screen to view running apps.
  2. Swipe up to close any apps that are not in use.
• Update the Mode Earn App: Crashes may occur if the app is outdated. To update:
  • • • • Open the Google Play Store.
        • Search for Mode Earn App.
        • Select Update if an update is available.

2. Phone Opens Applications by Itself

The Mode Earn Phone’s touch screen is highly sensitive and can register even minor touches or movements. This sensitivity may cause apps to open unintentionally.

Solution:

1. Adjust Pointer Speed:
   • Reduce the pointer speed to the lowest level to minimize unintended touches.
   • To change this setting:
     • Open Settings.
     • Go to Languages & input.
     • Select Pointer speed and adjust the slider to the lowest setting.
