For the majority of deals, once you've successfully completed all the necessary steps, Mode receives a notification from the advertiser. Subsequently, we update the status of your deal to either "pending" or "complete." To keep you informed, we'll send you an email and/or a push notification. Additionally, you can always monitor the progress of your deals. Simply visit the Deals page on the Mode Earn App and check under the "pending" and "completed" tabs to view the current status of your deals. This feature is designed to provide you with a transparent and up-to-date overview of your activities within the app.
Each advertiser partnering with us sets specific eligibility criteria for their deals. A common requirement across most deals is that you need to be a new user to qualify for the associated reward. We strongly recommend that you carefully review and ensure you meet all the eligibility requirements before engaging in any deal.
Please note that there can be a varying time frame, ranging from a few hours to several days, for the advertiser to inform Mode of your successful completion of the required actions. Following this, Mode will update the status of your deal accordingly.
