Monitoring Your Offers
Once you complete the required steps for an offer, Mode receives a notification from the advertiser. We then update your offer's status to either "pending" or "complete." Here's how you can stay informed:
- Check Notifications: We will send you an email and/or push notification to update you on your offer's status.
- View Offer Status:
- Open the Mode Earn App.
- Go to the Offers page.
- Check the Pending and Completed tabs to see the current status of your offers.
This feature ensures you have a clear, up-to-date view of your offer activities.
Understanding Eligibility Requirements
Advertisers may have specific eligibility criteria for their offers. A common requirement is that you need to be a new user to qualify for the reward. Before engaging in any offer, we recommend that you:
- Review Eligibility: Carefully check the offer's terms to ensure you meet all requirements.
Offer Processing Time
The time it takes for an advertiser to notify Mode of your successful completion can vary. It may range from a few hours to several days. After receiving this notification, Mode will update your offer status accordingly.
