Monitoring Your Deals
Once you complete the required steps for a deal, Mode receives a notification from the advertiser. We then update your deal's status to either "pending" or "complete." Here's how you can stay informed:
- Check Notifications: We will send you an email and/or push notification to update you on your deal’s status.
- View Deal Status:
- Open the Mode Earn App.
- Go to the Deals page.
- Check the Pending and Completed tabs to see the current status of your deals.
This feature ensures you have a clear, up-to-date view of your deal activities.
Understanding Eligibility Requirements
Advertisers may have specific eligibility criteria for their deals. A common requirement is that you need to be a new user to qualify for the reward. Before engaging in any deal, we recommend that you:
- Review Eligibility: Carefully check the deal’s terms to ensure you meet all requirements.
Deal Processing Time
The time it takes for an advertiser to notify Mode of your successful completion can vary. It may range from a few hours to several days. After receiving this notification, Mode will update your deal status accordingly.
