When your deal is “completed” that means your deal has successfully been verified. Boom! When your deal moves from Pending to Completed, any Mode points (if applicable) will be credited to your account, and any benefits from the advertiser should be awarded.
There are however, two other possibilities to find your Deal in the Completed section:
- It has expired: Generally, it’s a good idea to do all the steps required to complete a Deal you’ve started as soon as possible. Not only because you could forget about it, but some Deals specifically say that you need to complete them in a certain amount of days. If that happens, the Deal indeed will show “EXPIRED” so that you know what’s up.
- It has been discontinued:
This can be the case if a certain Deal is no longer available as its active period is over.
In other cases, our partner might give us the feedback that they don’t accept the way you completed the Deal, so they’re canceling the reward for you. Unfortunately, we don’t have control over this 🙁 that’s why it’s super important to always follow the Deal instructions as closely as possible.
