When your deal status changes to “Completed,” this indicates successful verification of your deal. Great news! Upon transitioning from Pending to Completed, any Mode points associated with the deal (if applicable) will be added to your account, and you should receive any additional benefits provided by the advertiser.
However, there are a couple of other scenarios in which your deal might appear in the Completed section:
Expired Deal: It's always wise to complete the steps required for a deal promptly. Delay can lead to forgetting about it, and importantly, some deals have specific time frames within which they must be completed. If a deal isn't completed within the stipulated period, it will be marked as “EXPIRED” in your account, providing clarity on its status.
Discontinued Deal: There are occasions when a deal might no longer be available either because its active period has concluded or our partner has decided not to honor the deal based on the manner in which it was completed. Unfortunately, such decisions are beyond our control. This underscores the importance of meticulously following the instructions for each deal to ensure eligibility for the rewards.
